Crissi’s main calling in life is to be a wife and mother. She is an entrepreneur busy with two businesses: HEART Academy & Heart Travel. Her experience include the following: managed and trained a Tupperware food storage systems business as an Executive Manger with 10+ consultants for 2 years; teaching computer integration for grades 1-8 for 2 years; founded and administrated a one day program for home educators connecting 20+ teachers to 200+ families at HEART Academy for 8+ years; produced 5+ drama/musicals at HEART Academy for 8 years; and event planned seminars and workshops with 500+ attendees within all her work experience.

In addition, her 17 years experiences of home education include teaching sewing, computers, and writing classes. She has also taught workshops for creating unit studies, co-ops and home education. It is a joy for her to help homeschoolers connect through HEART Academy.

Crissi's desires to see revival within the family. She is the founder and managing director at HEART Academy of 8 years and her goals are to help parents capture their children's hearts; to partner and empower parents; to create community; and to help students find their passions in life. In her travel business, Heart Travel, she desires to create memories through vacations, help parents create a legacy of entrepreneurship for their children for generations to come; to gain some freedom in their time and money for ministry and philanthropy.

Crissi loves to spend time with her husband and 2 children, relaxi with her girlfriends, and stare at the ocean or lake and doing nothing. Crissi graduated from San Jose State University, majoring in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Sociology & Anthropology). Jere and Crissi educate their 2 children at home, Jessica (graduated from High School) and Kathryn.
